What you can do with booking blocks
Add an initial booking block: Block a set number of days before a new rental starts.
Use pre- and post-booking buffers: Automatically reserve time before and after any (confirmed) booking.
Apply different settings per product: Give fragile or complex products more breathing room.
Prevent availability conflicts: Our booking engine enforces all rules in real time.
Simplify turnaround and logistics: Create space for inspections, returns, or delivery planning.
- Time unit selection (e.g. hours and minutes) will be added soon. For now, blocks are defined in days.
How it works
Go to your product settings and scroll to the availability section. You’ll now see options to add initial, pre-, and post-booking blocks per product. The system will automatically exclude those periods from the calendar and booking logic.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I apply different buffer settings per product?
Yes. Each product can have its own initial, pre-, and post-booking block settings to reflect specific needs like cleaning, delivery, or complexity.
Can I set booking blocks in hours or minutes?
Not yet. Currently, all booking blocks are set in full days. Hour- and minute-based buffers are on the roadmap and will be added soon.
Will unavailable days automatically be hidden in the calendar?
Yes. When booking blocks are applied, those days are automatically blocked in the customer booking interface.
