What you can do with category management
- Add new categories easily: Create clear and descriptive categories based on product type, use case, or audience.
- Edit and manage categories: Update names, descriptions, or category images at any time.
- Control visibility: Choose which categories appear on your storefront and which are hidden.
- Visual storefront display: Categories are shown as clean, well-organised cards that help customers browse your offering.
How it works
In the admin area, go to “Categories”. Here’s how to manage your categories:
Click + icon in the top right to create a category (e.g. by product type or use case).
Fill in the name, a short description, and upload a category image.
Set the visibility: show or hide categories on the storefront.
Assign products to categories directly from the product management tab.
Clear category structure leads to better navigation, less friction, and more confident bookings.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I assign one product to multiple categories?
No. Currently, each product can only be assigned to one category at a time.
Do categories affect product visibility?
Yes. If a category is hidden, products inside it are still visible—but the category card won’t appear in the storefront.
Can I change the order of categories?
Not yet. Categories are currently sorted by creation date, but manual sorting is on the roadmap.
