How it works
When you register your Be-Bookable account, you’re asked to complete your shop setup. You can also return to it anytime under the “Shop settings” section in your admin area.
- Set your shop name: this is what customers will see at the top of your storefront and in emails
- Add a short shop description that explains who you are and what you offer
- Upload your logo to create a branded experience
- Choose your theme colors to match your identity
- Enter your Company’s details and VAT percentage for accurate tax handling
All updates are saved instantly and reflected live on your shop (note that your shop must contain at least one category and product to become visible).
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I update my shop details later?
Yes. You can change your shop name, logo, colors, description, VAT settings, and more at any time from your admin area.
Can I set a custom domain for my shop?
Not yet. Currently, your shop lives at a subdomain like ‘shop.be-bookable.com/shopname’. Custom domains are planned for a future update.
Is my shop visible to customers immediately after saving?
Only if you actively share the link. Once saved, your shop is technically live, but we advise keeping it private during setup and testing.
Can I use my shop in multiple languages?
Not yet. Be-Bookable currently supports one language per shop. If you’d like to request a new language, let us know at contact@be-bookable.com.
