Behind the scenes, we are continuously working to improve our platform. Today we are excited to share Feature update number 6, introducing four new features designed to improve your workflow and the customer experience.
Invoice generation
From now on, an official invoice in PDF format will be automatically generated upon the very first order confirmation. This PDF is attached directly to both the customer and partner email, saving you manual administrative work afterward. The layout is clean, professional, and fully automated.
Opening hours
You can now set your exact operating hours for every day of the week, from Monday to Sunday. The system automatically prevents customers from starting or ending a rental period at times when you are not available to hand out or accept your equipment. This ensures you only handle handovers when you are actually there.
Calendar integration
Partners and customers can now choose to log an order directly into their own digital calendar with a single click. Whether it is Google Calendar or another provider, this ensures you and your clients never miss a rental start or end date again.
Product search
Visitors can now find what they need much faster thanks to the new search bar with autofill functionality on the webshop. As soon as a customer starts typing a few letters, relevant product suggestions like chairs or tables will instantly appear, creating a smoother booking flow.
