Rental webshop with one plan
Dotrental (Assen, part of the website builder Dotsimpel) is rental software with a website attached: the customer picks a product, a pickup or delivery day and options, and pays through your own Mollie account. The back office covers planning per location and per item, quotes, deposits, invoices, maintenance dates and an accounting link. You pay a one-off €250 setup, and then either a percentage of your rental revenue (Flex) or a fixed monthly tier based on how many objects and bookings you have. If you already have a website, Dotrental moves it to its own platform.
Be-Bookable is built around one job: let customers book and pay for rental products online, and give you a clear overview of the orders that come in. There is one plan with every feature, unlimited products, orders and team members, no commission and no setup fee. Your hosted webshop is online the same day, and a widget adds it to the website you already have, on any platform. Planning across several locations and accounting links are not part of it, and we say so in the table below.

Dotrental has two models. Flex costs €0 per month plus a percentage of your monthly rental revenue: 4% up to 50 bookings, 3% up to 200, 2% up to 500 and 1.5% above that. The fixed packages cost €49 (up to 25 objects and 20 bookings per month), €129 (75 and 65) or €199 (250 and 200), with €0.50 per extra booking and €0.25 per extra object above the largest package. Every package has a one-off €250 setup fee that includes a website. Checked on 8 October 2026.
