For each bouncy castle you set how many you have. Every booking takes it out of stock for that day, whether it comes in through the webshop or you enter it yourself. Time to let a castle dry and clean it goes after every rental. That time counts too.

For each bouncy castle you set recommended accessories. Make the ground sheet required and it always comes along. A generator or a candy floss machine is ticked by the customer. Sugar is sold alongside, without a rental period.

About Be-Bookable
Be-Bookable grew out of Goede Buur Silent Disco, the rental business of one of our founders. Customers there have booked and paid by themselves from day one, and the stock is always right. Today other rental businesses run on it too.
Yes. For each accessory you choose whether it is optional or required. A required accessory is already ticked and always goes into the booking, and into your stock.
Set a preparation time after every rental, for example a day. During that time the bouncy castle cannot be booked, and that time counts in your stock.
Yes. In the checkout you offer shipping methods with their own price, such as pickup or delivery and setup. The customer chooses. Your shop can be in Dutch, German and English, and you set up delivery for the areas you choose. Per product you can switch off options that don't fit, for example pickup for a large bouncy castle that you always deliver and set up.
Yes. Switch on delivery costs per zone or distance under Integrations. You then charge per zone of postcodes, or per kilometre from your shop postcode, with a free distance and a maximum if you like. The customer sees the delivery price as soon as they enter their postcode.
Yes, as a sale item without a rental period. It goes into the cart next to the rental and counts in your stock.
Be-Bookable does not cancel automatically. You set the order to Cancelled yourself, which frees up the bouncy castle, and you refund the amount in your Mollie dashboard. Put in your rental terms what you do in bad weather.
Getting started is free and your first 100 orders cost nothing. After that you pay €19.99 per month, excluding VAT. Be-Bookable charges no commission on your rentals. There is no contract and you can stop every month.
Online through Mollie, with the payment methods you switch on in your own Mollie account, such as iDEAL, credit card or PayPal. You can also offer a payment option of your own, such as paying at pickup.
Yes. You share the link to your shop, or you add it to your existing website with a snippet of code, whether it is built in WordPress, Shopify or something else.
