Your webshop answers "are there boards free?" by itself. Your customer picks a date, a start time and the number of boards, sees the total price right away and pays online. You don't have to call back from the jetty.
What your customer sees: a date, start time 10:00, two SUP boards, total €28.
Sunday, 13:00
For each board and canoe you set how many you have. Every booking takes them out of stock for that time, whether it comes in through the webshop or you enter it for someone at the jetty. Want time after each rental to rinse and dry? That time counts too.
What your customer sees: the canoe is already rented in the morning, so they pick 13:00.
Wednesday afternoon
For each accessory you decide whether it is optional or required. With the kids' board you make the child life jacket required. It is then part of every booking and counts in your stock. With the other boards, customers choose a life jacket or dry bag themselves.

Be-Bookable grew out of Goede Buur Silent Disco, the rental business of one of our founders. Customers there have booked and paid by themselves from day one, and the stock is always right. Today other rental businesses run on it too.
Yes. You give every board one or more rental prices, such as 1 hour, half a day of 4 hours or a whole day. With a price per hour, the customer picks a start time from the time slots within your opening hours.
Getting started is free and your first 100 orders cost nothing. After that you pay €19.99 per month, excluding VAT. Be-Bookable takes no commission on your rentals. There is no contract and you can stop every month.
Yes. For each accessory you choose whether it is optional or required. A required accessory is already ticked and always goes into the booking, and into your stock.
Yes. Switch on pickup codes under Integrations and set up a key safe or a code lock yourself. The customer gets a code shortly before pickup, by email and in their customer account. You choose a fixed code or a new 6-digit code per order.
Be-Bookable does not cancel automatically. You set the order to Cancelled yourself, which frees up the boards, and you refund the amount in your Mollie dashboard. Put in your rental terms what you do in bad weather.
Yes, as a product with a fixed duration, for example a 2-hour lesson, and a stock equal to the number of places. Customers then book per place until the lesson is full.
Online through Mollie, with the payment methods you switch on in your own Mollie account, such as iDEAL, credit card or PayPal. You can also offer your own payment option, such as paying at pickup.
Yes. You share the link to your shop, or you add it to your existing website with a snippet of code, whether it is built in WordPress, Shopify or something else.
