Unforeseen Events: Be-Bookable shall not be held liable for the inability to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement if such performance is hindered, delayed, or made impossible by events of force majeure. Be-Bookable will not be responsible for any losses, damages, or penalties arising from these events.
Definition of Force Majeure: Force majeure events encompass a broad spectrum and include, but are not limited to, power outages, disruptions in Internet services, failures in telecommunication infrastructure, cyberattacks (including D(DOS) attacks), attacks by malicious software, civil disturbances, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, mobilization, war, import/export restrictions, labor strikes, supply chain interruptions, fires, floods, and any circumstances beyond Be-Bookable’s control that prevent or impede its performance, regardless of the cause.

To adapt to our evolving business and regulatory requirements, we periodically update our terms and conditions. Your consent to the new terms is essential to continue using our services. If you disagree with the changes, you can opt-out, which means you won’t be able to continue to use our services.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Dutch law, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be exclusively resolved by the related courts in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

This document represents an English translation of our Dutch terms and conditions. While we aim for accuracy, minor differences may exist between the Dutch and English versions. In the event of discrepancies or conflicts between the English and Dutch versions, the Dutch version will take precedence.
